Product Description

When the K24Z3 was first introduced, many people were disappointed with the integrated exhaust manifold that made conventional "headers" obsolete. This is especially true since the K-Series platform produced some very impressive performance gains with quality headers. When you look at the O.E precat, you can easily tell it was designed to be made cheaply and mass produced. The components are stamped and welded with no consideration for turbulence or restrictions. 

Specs:
- 304 Stainless cast flange sections
- 304 Stainless 2.5" tubing

- 300 Cell High Temperature Cat 
- TIG welded
- Argon back gassed for pure welds

Includes:
All necessary hardware for installation

RV6® will warranty the castings and welding for 24 months.

Processing takes an additional 7 to 14 business days for ceramic coating.

    I recently ordered a catted downpipe for my 9th gen si through rv6 performance. I have ordered a j pipe for an accord from them in the past as well. As usual, I was beyond satisfied with my product. Upon opening it, you notice how well they package it, and after removing the packaging you see the quality that goes into the work for their products. The downpipe was absolutely spotless, the welds were spot on. Some of the best welds I’ve ever seen. It was built very well and made of quality material. Not to mention, it seemed to fit even better than the stock downpipe. A direct fit, it came with all of the necessary hardware, OEM gaskets plus a magnetic extender that can get lost bolts in the engine bay, as well as rv6 stickers, license plate frame, lanyard and a few other items. I love rv6 products and will continue to order from them! Also, rich is a very good business owner and very prompt about responding and keeping satisfied customers. 10/10.
