RV6 Performance LLC products are sold for racing competition only and not legal for use on highway or street vehicles, or other non-racing competition off-road vehicles. All performance modifications and installations are at the customers own risk. RV6 Performance LLC holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products. By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the installer and/or user of the product takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product.
California Residents
We do not ship exhaust products to California. All exhaust orders to California will be cancelled and refunded minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
By law, the sale of certain parts to California residents is restricted by CARB, the California Air Resources Board. These laws apply to any part that affects the vehicle emissions, for instance, exhausts and air cleaners.

California Proposition 65 Warning
Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, was enacted as a ballot initiative in November 1986. The proposition protects the state's drinking water sources from being contaminated with chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and requires businesses to inform Californians about exposures to such chemicals.
Proposition 65 requires the state to maintain and update a list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity.
Products sold and manufactured by RV6 PERFORMANCE LLC may fall under the labeling requirements for California’s Proposition 65. Those products will have clear and reasonable warning labeling on the products web page(s) and packaging of the part. The warning will feature a warning symbol followed by text similar to WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm www.P65Warnings.ca.gov or a warning label
You will be prompted during checkout to acknowledge that you have received and understand this warning.

Typographical Errors
In the event that RV6 Performance LLC is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, RV6 Performance LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RV6 Performance LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RV6 Performance LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). Credit card processing is done through Intuit Payments and PayPal.
Shipping & Handling
RV6 Performance LLC is based out of a Chicago suburb and ships to the contiguous 48 states with FedEx Ground. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes within the U.S. International shipping is available by FedEx Ground or UPS. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days unless a lead time is posted. East coast orders generally take about 2 business days for delivery, and west coast orders take around 3-4 business days.
All international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duty and taxes. The customs duty & taxes are not included in the purchase price.
Cancellations before a order has shipped will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
