We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

All returns require a pre-authorized RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with a RMA form. Freight charges are non-refundable. Any package returned without an RMA form will delay the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item(s) must be sent back within 7 days. RV6 cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages. A 20% restocking fee will apply to return item(s). Shipping charges and shipping insurance are not refundable. A credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
